1. All athletes must have a current physical on file with the Activities Office in order to register. Physical Form is downloadable below. If you don't see a sport as an option, it is because we don't have a "current" physical on file. Please e-mail to bskogerboe@isd721.org or jbuetow@isd721.org.
2. Once a current physical is on file, please register thru Infinite Campus.
