Regular Season NPXC

Be a Winter Mile Club Warrior (200-300 Miles)

Running over the winter is the best way to ensure a successful track season. Entering the season with a “foundation” of 200-300 miles advances your conditioning and helps keep you healthy, provided that you are also working daily on strength and mobility.

This past summer, we had a large number of runners reach their goals of 200+ miles... 12 athletes logged nearly 3,000 miles! Continue that success this winter with this training plan. Go Trojans!
