REGISTRATION

2023-2024 High School Activities & Athletics Registration

The opening for registration dates for the 2023-2024 Athletics & Activities Seasons are:

Fall = August 1

Winter = October 10

Spring = February 27

Registration and payment is done via Campus Parent (online or app) in the School Store. If you forgot your username and/or password, please click on the links on the login page for assistance with accessing your account.

Please refer to this TIP Sheet and Demonstration Video regarding the registration process. Once you click on the activity, you will be directed to complete the online MSHSL Eligibility Form and then will be able to add the item to your cart and submit your payment. Only students who have a current physical on file will be able to register. If you don't see a sport as an option, it is because we don't have a "current" physical on file.  Please e-mail physical forms to bskogerboe@isd721.org

Please note that some updates were made to Campus Parent in June, so you may need to enter in a new payment method during the checkout process.

We also encourage all families to submit an application for Educational Benefits, as activity registration costs are adjusted for those who qualify. Online applications may be submitted via Campus Parent.

MSHSL Physical Form

Students must have a current MSHSL Physical Form on file to register.

Completed physicals should be returned to the New Prague High School Activities Office (221 - 12th Street NE) or can be scanned/e-mailed to Brad Skogerboe (bskogerboe@isd721.org) or Julie Schlup (jschlup@isd721.org).  Please call the Activities Office at 952-758-1227 if you have any questions/concerns.

MSHSL Eligibility Form

This form is for reference only and DOES NOT have to be turned into the High School or Middle School Activities Office.  The MSHSL Eligibility Form is embedded in the online registration process.

Educational Benefits Application Information

Free/Reduced Meal Benefits

Starting school year 2023-24, we are joining Minnesota’s Free School Meals Program. All students can get one breakfast and one lunch free of charge each day at school. Although no application is required to receive this free meal benefit, filling out the Application for Educational Benefits is still important! Your child(ren) may qualify for other benefits like reduced fees at school such as decreased fees for sports and activities. Your application may also help the school qualify for education funds, discounts, and other meal programs.

In addition to free meals, qualified students will also receive discounts on athletic and activity fees, some technology fees, and Community Education and Preschool scholarships. Your application also helps the district qualify for additional funds to support students and educational programs.

Click on the links below to watch videos from the MSHSL on "Why We Play" and "The Parents' Playbook."  Please view these videos with your son(s)/daughter(s) before the start of their seasons.  This is a great reminder of what sports should be about.  We want to provide a great experience for your son(s)/daughter(s) and we want everyone to understand the stance of ISD #721 & the NPHS Activities Department in regards to Extracurricular Activities!
