The opening for registration dates for the 2022-2023 Athletics & Activities Seasons are:
Fall = July 19
Winter = October 10
Spring = February 27
Registration and payment is done via Campus Parent (online or app) in the School Store. If you forgot your username and/or password, please click on the links on the login page for assistance with accessing your account.
Please refer to this TIP Sheet and Demonstration Video regarding the registration process. Once you click on the activity, you will be directed to complete the online MSHSL Eligibility Form and then will be able to add the item to your cart and submit your payment. Only students who have a current physical on file will be able to register. If you don't see a sport as an option, it is because we don't have a "current" physical on file. Please e-mail physical forms to email@example.com.
Please note that some updates were made to Campus Parent in June, so you may need to enter in a new payment method during the checkout process.
We also encourage all families to submit an application for Educational Benefits, as activity registration costs are adjusted for those who qualify. Online applications may be submitted via Campus Parent.
Students must have a current MSHSL Physical Form on file to register.
Completed physicals should be returned to the New Prague High School Activities Office (221 - 12th Street NE) or can be scanned/e-mailed to Brad Skogerboe (firstname.lastname@example.org) or Julie Schlup (email@example.com). Please call the Activities Office at 952-758-1227 if you have any questions/concerns.
This form is for reference only and DOES NOT have to be turned into the High School or Middle School Activities Office. The MSHSL Eligibility Form will be completed during the registration process.
Breakfast and lunch will no longer be free for all during the 2022-23 school year. Complete an Application for Educational Benefits as soon as possible to determine if your child qualifies for free meals this school year! In addition to free meals, qualified students will also receive discounts on athletic and activity fees, some technology fees, and Community Education and Preschool scholarships. Your application also helps the district qualify for additional funds to support students and educational programs.
Families that apply and qualify by September 2, 2022 will also receive summer P-EBT – food benefits issued per child by the MN Department of Human Services to purchase food at home.
A new Application for Educational Benefits form MUST be completed each school year and submitted to NPAS Nutrition Services for review and approval. It is critical that you submit your completed application as soon as possible. If you do not qualify now, you may apply at any time during the school year.
Apply online via your Campus Portal Parent Account. When completing the application, please read all the instructions and complete all appropriate sections. If you are unable to complete an application online, please download, print, and complete this application:
You can return the application to:
New Prague Area Schools
410 Central Ave North, Suite 200
New Prague, MN 56071
Please refer to the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) for more information. If an application is needed in a different language, please contact Nutrition Services at 952-758-1774.
Families who have submitted their application should expect to receive a letter of approval or denial via US mail once their application has been processed. Families who are approved for free meals should save this letter for proof of benefits for other school programs.
If you have Registration questions or need help, please contact Brad Skogerboe (firstname.lastname@example.org), Linzy Bannie (email@example.com), or Julie Schlup (firstname.lastname@example.org) in the Activities Office or call the Activities Office at 952-758-1227.

Click on the links below to watch videos from the MSHSL on "Why We Play" and "The Parents' Playbook." Please view these videos with your son(s)/daughter(s) before the start of their seasons. This is a great reminder of what sports should be about. We want to provide a great experience for your son(s)/daughter(s) and we want everyone to understand the stance of ISD #721 & the NPHS Activities Department in regards to Extracurricular Activities!
