Registration for Fall 2021 Activities and Athletics is now open. Registration and payment is done via Campus Parent (online or app) in the School Store. If you forgot your username and/or password, please click on the links on the login page for assistance with accessing your account.
Please refer to this TIP Sheet and Demonstration Video regarding the registration process. Once you click on the activity, you will be directed to complete the online MSHSL Eligibility Form and then will be able to add the item to your cart and submit your payment. Only students who have a current physical on file will be able to register. Please note that some updates were made to Campus Parent in June, so you may need to enter in a new payment method during the checkout process.
We also encourage all families to submit an application for Educational Benefits, as activity registration costs are adjusted for those who qualify. Online applications may be submitted via Campus Parent.
Students must have a current MSHSL Physical Form on file to register.
Completed physicals should be returned to the New Prague High School Activities Office (221 - 12th Street NE) or can be scanned/e-mailed to Brad Skogerboe (firstname.lastname@example.org), Kevin Kleiner (email@example.com), or Julie Schlup (firstname.lastname@example.org). Please call the Activities Office at 952-758-1227 if you have any questions/concerns.
This form is for reference only and DOES NOT have to be turned into the High School or Middle School Activities Office. The MSHSL Eligibility Form will be completed during the registration process.
Breakfast and lunch will be FREE for the 2021-22 school year due to a waiver provided by USDA to support access to nutritious meals. It is very important to complete an Application for Educational Benefits (formerly the Free/Reduced Meals Application) to determine if your child qualifies for discounts on athletic and activity fees, some technology fees, and Community Education and Preschool scholarships. Your application also helps the district qualify for additional funds to support students and educational programs and will help with the Minnesota State High School League's future classification process. Please click here for the District link to learn about the Application for Educational Benefits process (formerly the Free/Reduced Meals Application). You can also call (952) 758-1774 for help.
If you have Registration questions or need help, please contact Brad Skogerboe (email@example.com), Kevin Kleiner (firstname.lastname@example.org), or Julie Schlup (email@example.com) in the Activities Office or call the Activities Office at 952-758-1227.

Click on the links below to watch videos from the MSHSL on "Why We Play" and "The Parents' Playbook." Please view these videos with your son(s)/daughter(s) before the start of their seasons. This is a great reminder of what sports should be about. We want to provide a great experience for your son(s)/daughter(s) and we want everyone to understand the stance of ISD #721 & the NPHS Activities Department in regards to Extracurricular Activities!
