Steffi Williams will be returning to New Prague High School as the Head Varsity Girls' Golf Coach.  Steffi was a six-year letter winner for the Trojan golf team and graduated from NPHS in 2010.  She played in four state tournaments and helped the Trojans capture their first state title in 2010.  She went on to play golf at the University of Nebraska where she was a four time Academic All-American.  Steffi has also competed at a national level, playing in six USGA Championships.  Steffi graduated from Nebraska, majoring in secondary social science education. She currently teaches 8th grade Social Studies at New Prague Middle School. 

Dan Holgate will be returning as the Assistant Girls Golf Coach for the Trojans.  Prior to being an assistant, Dan was the varsity head coach. He also was the assistant Girls Golf coach dating back to 2000.  Holgate was born, and raised, in Montana and graduated from Billings West High School in 1989.  He graduated from Concordia College - Moorhead in 1993 with a Physical Education and Health Teaching Degree.  His teaching career consisted of jobs at Cromwell and LeSueur-Henderson Schools before coming to New Prague in 2000 to teach PE and Health.  He has coached football, basketball, baseball, softball, and golf over his coaching career.

Dan and his wife, Julie, live in New Prague with their children - Alex and McKenzie.
