Group Rules and Expectations

1. Safety and Comfort: All meetings take place in a "safe space", meaning bullying and harassment will not be tolerated. No offensive language. 

2. Confidentiality: All things discussed in group meetings are to be confidential among those attending. 

3. Respect others: Do not make assumptions. Everyone is allowed to speak and share. Use individual's preferred pronouns. Allow others to learn and make mistakes.

4. Social Media: Posting on social media should be positive, informative, and abide by rules #1 and #2.

5. NPHS Policies: The GSA follows all policies covered in the student handbook.

*  Any incidents of harassment outside of group should also be reported immediately to school administration or group advisor.
